The successful Police Officer candidate must complete and pass a rigorous hiring process consisting of the written exam, physical agility test, oral board interviews, in-depth background investigation, polygraph examination, psychological examination, and more. Once hired, the candidate must attend the 16-week full-time New Hampshire Police Academy in Concord, NH.
